1. I can not login

1-1. I just signed up and have not received my username and password. What can I do? [L]

It should have been displayed after you purchased a subscription and emailed to the email address you provided when joining.

If you are using a free web based email try checking the spam/junk folder as sometimes they can get routed there.

If that doesn't work, just contact us, and we will help you locate your username/password

2. I forgot/lost my username and/or password

2-1. I have lost/forgotten my Username and/or Password. How do I retrieve it? [L]

Enter the email address on the account to have your login information sent to you.

3. I can not stream/download/play videos

3-1. I can not stream videos on your website? . What can I do? [L]

You need to download and install (or update) the Adobe Flash Player plug-in. Once installed, restart your computer then log back into the site, select a movie or scene and click on the play arrow.

In order to stream content directly from the site, you need to have a broadband Internet Connection such as DSL or Cable. Unfortunately, dial-up connections are too slow for streaming HD videos.

If the video is freezing every few, try waiting 30 seconds before clicking the play button again. That should give the player enough time to buffer enough video in advance to play without stopping.

3-2. How do I download HD videos to my computer? [L]

To download a video scroll down past the Watch Movie screen to the Download options. You will see a choice different formats (Full HD, HD Ready, Mobile). Select the format you want to download by right clicking the link and selecting "Save Target As". You'll be prompted to choose a place where to store the movie on your Hard Drive (remember where you download it of course!), and then the download will start. To play the video, you'll simply have to double click on the file once its completely downloaded.

3-3. I can't play/view HD videos, how can I fix that? [L]

If you can't watch the videos, you have to install the K-Lite Codec, you can download it for free here.

If you still have problems, download latest version of Windows Media Player.

4. I have a billing question

4-1. What company name will appear on my bill? [L]

Your credit card will be discreetly billed by Epoch, Ccbill, Zombaio.com (IOMS AB) or Segpay.

4-2. How do I know my membership was cancelled? [L]

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address on your account at the time of cancelation.

Upon expiration, your membership will revert to Free status and you can upgrade at any time
